Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our lively and contemporary West-end restaurant.  Ideally the position will commence in March to facilitate the hand over period with the exiting manager.  As Restaurant Manager you will be leading the motivated food & beverage team to achieve consistently high levels of customer service.  You will be in control of the Front of House and instrumental in improving standards and profitability.  A drive on training the staff will be a clear focus of your managerial role.

A high-tempo and rewarding role such as this demands a confident and experienced Restaurant Manager with a working knowledge of profit and loss, stock management, business development and staff management.  Personality is key with a “can-do” attitude.  You will need to have worked in a fast paced environment to thrive in such a venue.  A proven leader who can motivate a hard working team and having a desire to further their career will receive a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work in a successful expanding company.

Hours:-            Full-time

Wage:-            Negotiable depending on experience
